GET has added a number of new extractor fan designs to its Cyclone air movement range that are a long overdue departure from the styling that has been commonplace throughout the industry for decades. They reflect the ultra-slim profile and styling of the company’s Ultimate range of wiring accessories and confirm, the company says, GET’s claim to be the only UK supplier to be in tune with contemporary interior design thinking.
The latest additions are 100mm slimline extractor fans that, in addition to a standard white moulded finish, are for the first time available in both a decorative brass and a decorative chrome effect. All of the models are available with or without a timer. As well as being immediately recognisable due to their smooth lines and subtle curves, these latest models are also visually less intrusive; thanks to their unique construction, they project just 12mm.
These slimline fans can be either wall or ceiling mounted and are suitable for bathrooms and kitchens. Naturally, they are supplied complete with fixings and detailed instructions. They have an extraction capacity of 75 cubic metres an hour, are CE-marked, IPX4-rated, approved and certified to BS EN 60335-2-8, and comply with EMC and the low voltage directives. They are the first GET Cyclone products to boast the new distinctive blue and yellow GET-branded packaging; something that will soon become a feature of the entire Cyclone air movement line up.
Indeed, so popular are the brass and chrome effect slimline fans predicted to become that GET has, at the same time, introduced similar replacement decorative grilles for its standard depth 100mm fans.
GET has also unveiled a new 125mm extractor fan that comes with an integral pull cord switch and shutter. This wall-mounted model has an extraction capacity of 140 cubic metres an hour and can be used in conjunction with GET’s new speed regulator and new three-minute to 20-minute timer. A new 225mm extractor fan for window mounting completes these latest additions, which offers 430 cubic metres an hour extraction.
Other products in GET’s Cyclone range include extractor fan accessories, desk, wall and pedestal fans, portable air conditioning, hand dryers and portable heaters. Details on all of these products are included in a new 16-page, fully-illustrate brochure.
