Uniglo introduces the Sentry Self-Diagnostic Charging System for emergency lighting battery units. Sentry utilizes text messages on a liquid crystal display board as well as green and red LED’s on an optional audible alarm to report fault conditions such as remote lamp or battery failure. Sentry’s SMART microprocessor based technology conducts national fire code required monthly and annual tests as well as performing routine maintenance and monitoring of the emergency lighting system on a 24-hour basis. A green illuminated LED indicates that the system is working as per specifications. A red illuminated LED indicates a failure, which is described in words on the LCD panel. Additional features include voltmeter, ammeter, and time delay.
